Event Booking Process

Event organisers have enough to manage without having to micro-manage a speaker.

With many years’ experience, Neil aims to make your life as easy as possible while delivering impactful content to your audience.

Here’s what you can expect when working with me

STEP 1

Pre-Booking Introductory Call

A 30-minute discovery call to get to know each other and determine if I’m the right fit for your event.

STEP 2

Proposal and Contract Sent

Following our introductory call, I will send you a tailored proposal outlining the keynote’s objectives, key takeaways, logistics, and fees. Once the proposal is agreed upon, I will issue a contract to confirm the booking.

STEP 3

Briefing Call

A 45-minute call to understand what success looks like for you. We’ll discuss and agree on the content, logistics, and timings of the day.

STEP 4

Slides Sent in Advance

After our briefing call, I will finalise my slide deck and send it to you by an agreed-upon deadline. You will be able to download my slides from a link and play them in PowerPoint.

STEP 5

On the Day

I will arrive at a pre-agreed time, allowing for travel delays. I’ll work with the AV team to ensure my slides are running smoothly and that lighting, sound, and stage directions are all set. I remain flexible to accommodate any changes to the schedule and can adjust the length of my talk if needed.

After my keynote, I will stay to speak with attendees, answer questions, and engage with the audience to ensure they gain as much value as possible from the session.

STEP 6

Maximising Value After the Event

Following the keynote, I offer individual coaching for members of your leadership team. This helps them apply the strategies shared during the session, address specific challenges, and maximise their personal and professional performance.

"As the Founder of Arctic Startup Conference, I invited Neil to speak at our event in Helsinki. He did a fantastic job describing his journey and providing startup founders in the audience valuable knowledge and tips to help them make better decisions"
